Wire Witch Games
then shortly is the silence marred
by creak and grind of gold and gold
and up they look, the watcher old
defiant still, they face the cold
About Us
Adam Edwards is Derbyshire-born, long-haired and has played tabletop games since before he'd even attained a GCSE. Now he's in much bigger academic boots (a PhD, at that) and has played so many games he couldn't possibly list them - and that's just the roleplaying, never mind the ones with little plastic men. Still, he'll recount the tale of the missing badger mount of his teens without fault, and has even published a few papers on the subject (RPGs, not badgers). Nobody likes talking about Gotrek and Felix more than he does.
Grace Feehan, on the other hand, came to the table(top) much later in life. Having lost most of her Lancashire accent after escaping to university, she also managed to finally play a game of D&D. Except, it wasn't D&D, it was a weird homebrew we don't really talk about. That still counts, right?
Since then, she's roleplayed as goblins, cyborgs, she-devils and he-devils, has drawn more character art than is stricly necessary. She's a queer woman with a disability which means she's clumsier than most. Then there's the dice. Oh god, the dice...
We tell people we met in jail, and that's kind of true. A fantasy jail, to be sure - one was in for buying into a pyramid scheme, and the other was there for inventing the pyramid scheme. After a semester together, we successfully decapitated an evil warlord. Isn't that what all great romances are built on, after all?
Our work is diverse, thoughtful, creative and nuanced. We love exploring different angles of games, storytelling and narratives. We have other hobbies too, trust us - Grace likes making art and Adam likes playing brass instruments. Big ones. But in the rest of our time, we're generally thinking about characters or rules or story ideas we have - and so, Wire Witch was born. Named after a rumour of a myth from one of our settings (the girls born of the simple-net able to manipulate the data of the wired at will), this platform lets us share those ideas with other people out there!

Digital Tabletop
Cute token frames for use with online tabletop services such as Roll20, Owlbear Rodeo and Role, etc. Each pack comes with instructions on how to use - and the pride pack is slightly cheaper even though it's huge, because we're big on supporting marginalised player groups.
Player Reward Stickers
Colour Variants: Baby Pink, Dark Pink, Sparkly Gold
Player reward stickers for end of session feedback and happy feels. I love congratulating players on the shenanigans they get up to - and everyone loves a shiny sticker! Each pack includes a fancy font and dyslexia-friendly font version.

Small Games
22 Torches
Players: ~5
Playtime: Who Knows
Status: Finished
A game we wrote over a weekend for the itch.io Micro RPG Jam (2018), and was inspired by Grant Howitt-esque one page RPGs. It placed 5th out of 87 entries! Mostly untested, definitely silly.
Supplements
The Fettered - Homebrew Supplement for SPIRE: The City Must Fall
Status: BETA
Content Warning: Manipulation, Being Trapped, Emotional and Physical Abuse Mentions, Violence
This goddess expansion to the original game was written primarily by Grace, adding in elements she had created for her solo SPIRE game character, Leithian. The Fettered is a small god of those trapped and bound, presenting new moves for those that work with, or control, this primal being.

Writing
Adam writes about the little people and their honest mistakes. He has a lot of his tabletop fiction and game analysis on his blog, but here are some of his favourites.
City of Cowardice (CW: Being Underground)
Tal the Undefeatable, Champion of Khorne (CW: Description of Blood, Violence, Forced Fighting)
Slumbering: Warhammer Short Stories (CW: Graveyards, Claustrophobia)
Grace prefers to write a mixture of gore- and rage-filled feminine fury, cyberpunk weirdness, and fantasy poetry. Here's some samples!
TBC!
What're We Working On?
You know what it's like; a hastily started game here, an unfinished project there...we're just the same. Here's a few of the things we've started building and haven't got a deliverable for (yet!).
The Luck Mage is a Dungeon World playbook, one of a few Adam has been putting together over the years. He has a passion for RNG that can't be stopped!
Driftglass is a universal game setting project and Grace's long-term brainchild. Inspired by gilded marble island cities, casually-present ancient deities and scarcity of drinkable water, it intends to capture a traditional Venetian form in a novel fantasy way.
Grace's revenge tale from the perspective of a female Skaven, filled with blood, venom and the fickleness of the winds of fate. Warhammer Fantasy isn't her usual fare, but this is a short story that couldn't be held in...
You know those ridiculous projects that start out as a joke and then stick around and refuse to leave?
This is that.
We're writing a heist game set in a retirement home. It's better than it sounds, we promise.
